Sign in

The dashboard is at safe.safetyradar.com. You can sign in with an email and password, or with your company’s single sign-on (SSO) if your organization has set it up.

Sign in with email and password

1. Go to safe.safetyradar.com.
2. Enter your Email and Password.
3. Select Sign in.

Forgot your password? Select Forgot password?, enter your email and select Reset password. We email you a reset link, valid for 4 hours.

Passwords must be 8 to 64 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character, and can’t contain the word “password”. If your password was set before these rules, you’ll be asked to reset it when you sign in.

Sign in with SSO

If your organization uses SSO:

1. On the sign-in page, under Sign in with SSO, enter your work email.
2. Select Continue with SSO. You’re taken to your company’s sign-in page.
3. Sign in there. You come back to Safety Radar, signed in.

The first time you sign in with SSO, you’re added to your organization automatically. Your role may come from your groups in your company’s directory.

If you see No SSO provider found for this email domain, your organization hasn’t set up SSO for that email domain. Check the email address, or sign in with your password.

Two-factor authentication

Your organization can require two-factor authentication (2FA). If it does, you’re asked to set it up the next time you sign in. After that, each sign-in asks you to Verify Your Identity with a code from your authenticator app or a one-time code sent to your phone.

You can manage your own 2FA under Settings → 2FA.

Accept an invitation

When an admin invites you, you get an email titled Invitation to join your organization.

1. Select Accept Invitation in the email.
2. If you don’t have an account yet, sign up with Full name, Email (the address the invitation was sent to) and Password.
3. Enter the 6-digit Code we email you and select Verify.
4. On the Invitations card, select Accept. You land in your organization.

The invitation only works for the email address it was sent to. If you see This invitation is for a different email address, sign out and sign in with the invited address.

If you belong to several organizations

After you sign in, pick the organization you want from the Organizations list. To switch later, go back to safe.safetyradar.com and pick a different one.

Trouble signing in

• “Too many requests. Please try again later.” Too many sign-in attempts were made in a short time. Wait a minute and try again.
• “Your account only has access to the Safety Center.” Your role is Safety Center User, which doesn’t include the dashboard. Use the Safety Center or the mobile app, or ask an admin for dashboard access.
• “Your account doesn’t have access to this workspace.” You’re signed in but don’t have a role in this organization yet. Ask your admin to add you.
