  • Event media links in the API last 7 days. The download links for event photos and files returned by GET /events and GET /events/{eventId} now stay valid for 7 days instead of 1 hour, so integrations that sync events can download media later without fetching the event again. See the API reference.
  • External IDs in the mobile app. The submissions list in the mobile app now shows each submission’s external ID, so you can match it to your own records. This arrives with the next mobile app update.

Fixed

Section titled “Fixed”
  • Signing in from a busy office. When many people signed in at the same time from the same office network, for example at a training session, some of them got sign-in errors, including a misleading No SSO provider found for this email domain message. Sign-in now handles a whole office signing in at once.
